-- All items have a processing and delivery time of at least 10-15 working days to ensure security, proper handling, and good packaging after the payment has been verified. If we can process your orders in less than 15 working days, then we will ship them out earlier.

The cut-off time for the payment verification and processing of order is until "12 NOON" of the same day. Those who paid and contacted us after the cut-off time will be checked and processed the next working day.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

-- All on hand items will be shipped to the buyer once we receive the full payment. Items will only be counted as "yours" once full payment has been made. Hence, there will be a chance that the item will be taken by another buyer.

SHIPPING FEE AND DELIVERY INFORMATION:
-- Shipping fee will vary depending on the orders purchased and location. 

Delivery Time after ship-out will be around 2-3 working days. You may visit this URL: http://www.lbcexpress.com/track/ to track your order. 
Simply enter the tracking number that will be given to you within 24 hours after ship-out.

Delays will solely be on the courier part and it is beyond our control.

PAYMENT METHOD:
-- For now we will only accept payments through our GCash, Metrobank and BPI accounts. Once the payment has been made, please email or text the details to us so that it will be verified right away. Please pay in exact amount. Excess payment will be forfeited.

Note: If you don’t send us the details about your payment, your order will not be processed.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
-- Used products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Buy at your own risk.

Terms and Conditions:

- Exchange of unused items will only be allowed up to 7 days after the complaint has been approved. Buyer will shoulder the corresponding shipping fee.

- Items must be in the same condition when you received it and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories.

- Items returned that are described as damage or defective will be checked by our Q.A.
If item is found defective or damaged, we will replace the item and delivered it to you free of charge.
However, if found not defective or damaged, we will ship back the item and the buyer will pay for the appropriate shipping costs.

- Refund cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of similar amount.
